We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide – When you sign up for a TUV SW Academy eLearning Account, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services our service provider might also request credit card or other payment account information which they maintain in encrypted form on secure computers.
  • TUV SW Academy cookies – When you visit any TUV SW Academy site, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge.

It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the training and assessment they are attending are for themselves and not for others.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and TUV SW shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of UAE.

Changes to the Service and these Terms of Use

TUV SW reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms of Use at any time and without notice to you. You will be bound by the Terms of Use in force at the time that you access the Website.
