- Information you provide – When you sign up for a TUV SW Academy eLearning Account, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the training and assessment they are attending are for themselves and not for others.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and TUV SW shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of UAE.

TUV SW reserves the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms of Use at any time and without notice to you. You will be bound by the Terms of Use in force at the time that you access the Website.
